摘　　要：为提高医院眼科检查科室的工作效率及检查质量,迫切需要开发一套与HIS高度融合、符合西安市第一医院实际工作的眼科检查影像系统。系统实现了跨平台从HIS提取病人基本信息填充到检查工作台系统中;通过采集卡及虚拟打印两种技术采集图像并回传到服务器与医生工作站。系统上线后眼科检查科室工作效率整体至少提高10%,实现了眼科检查影像、报告的及时回传与统一存储,保证临床医生能及时看到检查结果,同时为医院眼科研究所的科研提供了可靠数据。In order to improve the work efficiency and checking quality of our hospital, we urgently need to develop a set of eye-checking image system which matches with the HIS as well as the hospital work highly. The system succeeds in getting the patients＇ basic information from the platform to the HIS and returning to the service machine and the doctor work station by the way of collection card and visual printing. when used, the work efficiency of the eye-checking office can be improved at least 10%, which makes sure that the checking image and the report can be saved in time, ensures the clinical doctor can get the result in immediately and supplies dates for the hospital＇s study work.
