摘　　要：目的探讨性激素(FSH、LH、PRL、E2、T)检测与染色体检查在不孕患者诊断中的临床应用价值。方法通过统计分析来我院生殖中心、妇产科门诊、优生遗传门诊等就诊,且诊断为不孕症有560例患者,抽取外周血,应用罗氏E601全自动化学发光分析仪检测这些患者的性激素水平,以及行外周血淋巴细胞培养检测染色体核型。结果 560例不孕症患者血清性激素水平发生改变,其中FSH、T、PRL、LH激素水平明显高于参考值范围,尤其染色体异常的37例患者。结论对不孕症患者性激素水平的检测意义重大,以及对不孕症患者行染色体检查是十分必要的,可以帮助患者尽早治疗与指导生育。Objective： Sex hormone （FSH, LH, PRL, E2, T） detection and chromosome examination in the diagnosis of infertility patients clinical application value.Methods. Through statistical analysis to our reproductive center, obstetrics and gynecology clinic and prepotency outpatient visits, and 560 patients were diagnosed with infertility, peripheral blood, the application of Roche E601 automatic chemiluminescence analyzer to check whether the patients with sex hormone levels, as well as the line of peripheral blood lymphocyte culture tests chromosome karyotype.Results： 560 cases of infertility patients serum sex hormone levels change, FSH, T, PRL, LH hormone levels significantly higher than the reference range, especially chromosome abnormality of 37 patients Conclusion： Sex hormone levels in patients with infertility detection is of great significance, as well as the chromosome examination is necessary in patients with infertility, early treatment can help patients and family guidance.
