摘　　要：介绍一种智能家居控制系统使得人们可以通过手机或电话在任何时候、任意地点对家中的任意电器(空调、热水器、电饭煲、灯光、音响、DVD录像机)进行远程控制。以单片机技术、公共电话网平台为基础,以实现远程控制家用电器开关为目的,具有单片机主控、振铃检测、模拟摘挂机、双音频解码、语音提示、密码输入、电器控制等模块,能够对数据进行实时、快速、可靠、稳定的传输。An intelligent home appliance control systemis described in this paper, which makes it possible to implement remote control of appliances （air conditionings, water heaters, rice cookers, lights, stereos, DVD recorders） at home through mobile phones or telephones at any time, any places. A implementation of remote control system based on telephone network and AT89C51 is presented, the overall structure is studied, and the hardware and software are designed. The system can realize automatic switching and intelligent control of objects through telephones or mobile phones based on a voice interactive operation platform. The experiments show that it is capable of real-time, fast, reliable and stable transmission of data.Network（PSTN）; Public Land Mobile Network（PLMN）： AT89C51
