摘　　要：目的 研究小剂量尿激酶治疗亚急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法 随机将120例脑梗死患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组同时给予控制脑水肿、改善微循环、抗血小板聚集、扩容等治疗,治疗组在次基础上应用尿激酶30~50万U加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 m L静点30 min滴完,连续应用三天。在此三天给予监测血压、脉搏、心电、血氧饱和度。治疗前后对临床疗效、并发症、CT等方面进行对比分析。结果 治疗组与对照组比较疗效有显著性意义。结论 小剂量尿激酶治疗亚急性脑梗死安全有效。Objective The study of low - dose urokinase therapy efficacy and safety of sub - acute cerebral infarc- tion. Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups while giving control of cerebral edema, improve microcirculation, anti - platelet aggregation, expansion and other treatment, the treatment group urokinase 30 ~ 50 million over time on the basis of U 0. 9% sodium chloride injection 100ml intravenous drip finished 30 minutes, three days of continuous use. In three days given to monitor blood pressure, pulse, ECG, oxygen saturation. Before and after treatment for clinical efficacy, complications, CT, etc. were analyzed. Results Comparison of the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group was significant. Conclusions Low - dose urokinase is safe and effective treatment of subacute cerebral infarction.
