先天性单侧Ⅲ°唇裂初期综合手术修复效果探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨先天性单侧Ⅲ°唇裂初期综合手术修复的效果。方法：对2012年6月～2014年1月我科收治的先天性单侧Ⅲ°唇裂患者46例采用综合多种手术方法进行唇鼻、牙槽畸形初期同步的、亚单位层面修复，术后随访3个月-2年为观察组；2004年6月--2006年1月收住的先天性Ⅲ°单侧唇裂38例患者用Millard法修复为对照组，观察2组患者术后的上唇形态、鼻部形态的满意度及鼻唇部疤痕情况。结果：采用初期综合手术修复的患者鼻唇外形较佳，鼻唇部疤痕增生情况无明显差别。结论：对先天性单侧Ⅲ。唇裂采用综合方法初期修复，效果明显，值得采用。Objective： To discussed the effect of early comprehensive surgery repair to congenital unilateralⅢ°cleft lip. Methods： 46 patients in our department with congenital unilateral Ⅲ° cleft lip accepted integrated many kinds of surgical methods to repair lip nose, alveolar deformity Synchronization, and unit level in the early years in June 2012 to January 2014, and postoperative follow- up of 3 months to 2 years as the observation group. 38 atients in our department with congenital unilateral Ⅲ°cleft lip accepted Millard cleft lip repair surgery in June 2004 to January 2006 as the control group. To observe two groups of patients satisfaction with postoperative upper lip, nose shape and nasal lip scar. Results： Nasal lip shape of the patients accepted early comprehensive surgery were better , and the lip scar hyperplasia were no significant difference. Conclusion： Early comprehensive surgery to repair congenital unilateral Ill cleft lip can achieved obviously effect, is worth using.
