摘 要:科学设计专业人才培养方案,是高职院校专业建设的第一要务。作者以数控技术专业为例,提出了高职院校三维度积分型人才培养的全新理念和模型。以生产技术线和培养教育线为路径,精细地展示了工学结合工作过程系统化课程体系的构建过程,创新和开发了生产过程和学习过程互融的专业核心课程,形成了职教特色鲜明的人才培养方案。The construction of scientific design professional talent training plan should be taken as the top priority in the specialty con- struction of higher vocational colleges. With a case study of numerical control technological specialty, the brand new concepts and talent training programs in higher vocational colleges on the basis of three dimensional integral model are proposed in the essay. Taking both the production technology line and training line as the path, the construction process of systematic curriculum system on the background of eombination of learning with working is revealed, the professional core curriculum with the combination of learning with working is developed creatively, and the talent training programs in the vocational education are built with distinct characteristics. It is discussed in the essay that the construction method of talent training programs, which are suitable for the students of engineering majors in the higher vocational colleges, and the implement of them.
