创新高校流动学生党员管理工作模式——以北京大学考古文博学院临时党支部为例

摘　　要：加强高校流动学生党员管理工作,提高高校流动学生党员管理水平,是新时期创新学生党建工作的重要课题。北京大学考古文博学院通过成立临时党支部,在党团共建、组织建设、文化建设、地方共建等方面做出了创新实践,解决了新时期流动学生党员管理面临的困境,提出了新时期加强流动学生党员管理工作的新思路,推动了党建理论与具体实践的互动契合。It is an important issue of innovating party construction to improve mobile party members administration in college. School of Archaeology and Musicology established temporary party branch to make innovation on Party-League joint building, organization construction, cuhural construction and collaboration with local government. Some problems are solved and a new method of managing mobile party members in colleges is proposed, helping the application of theories into actual practice.
