摘　　要：信息资源共建共享是高校图书馆信息资源建设的重要内容。文章通过对黑龙江省高校图书馆信息资源共建共享现状进行调查和分析,总结信息资源共建共享存在的问题,并且提出实现黑龙江省高校图书馆信息资源共建共享的建设策略。Information resource co-construction and sharing is an important part of information resource construction in university libraries. Based on the investigation and analysis about the status of information resource co-construction and sharing of university libraries in Heilongjiang province, this paper summarized the problems existing in information resource co-construction and sharing, and then put forward the strategies of realizing information resource co-construction and sharing of university libraries in Heilongjiang province
