摘  要:以25%嘧菌酯SC为试验药剂,研究不同剂量嘧菌酯(低剂量为600 m L·hm-2,高剂量为900 m L·hm-2)对良玉99玉米穗位叶片抗氧化酶系(超氧化物歧化酶SOD、过氧化物酶POD、过氧化氢酶CAT、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶APX)活性的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,喷施嘧菌酯能不同程度提高玉米穗位叶片中抗氧化酶系SOD、POD、CAT与APX活性,能显著降低膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量。其中低剂量嘧菌酯对MDA含量积累的抑制作用较高剂量明显,表明低剂量嘧菌酯更利于提高玉米叶片抗逆性。Fields trails were conducted with 25% azoxystrobin SC to study the effects of antioxidant enzyme activities which mainly include SOD (Superoxide dismutase), POD (Peroxidase), CAT (Catalase) and APX (Aseorbate peroxidase)in maize ear leaves (Liangyu g9) by spraying different dosages of azoxystrobin (Low dose, 600 mL.hm^2, high dose, 900 mL. hrn2). The results showed that the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and APX in maize ear leaves were higher by spraying azoxystrobin than those of control. It also indicated that the content of MDA (Malondialdehyde) was decreased dramatically by spraying azoxystrobin. However, the content of MDA was significantly lower by the treatment at low dosage of azoxystrobin than that of high dosage. Thus, the low dosage of azoxystrobin has a protective role to enhance the antireversion force of maize.
