摘　　要：大学阶段是一个人终身体育观养成的最后阶段,利用现代科技手段构建良好的学生体育锻炼信息管理平台,适应现阶段高校体育教学、学生体质测试及俱乐部锻炼等科学管理模式,建立一套集管理、查询、指导和体育健康促进的信息管理系统迫在眉睫。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和编程法,对中国科学技术大学各职能部门信息资源进行整合,构建符合高校体育教学信息化管理与发展的基础平台。The university stage is the last stage of a person to form lifetime sports concept, using modem technology to build a good physical exercise information management platform for students, to adapt to the physical education teaching in colleges, students＇physical exercise test and club and scientific management mode, to set up a set of managements query, guidances and sports health promotion information management system is imminent. By applying the methods of documentarys expert interview and programming method, integrate the information resources of each department of University of Science and Technology of China s build foundation platform in conformity with the information management and development system in college.
