摘　　要：目的探讨准分子激光角膜屈光手术后丝状角膜炎的治疗效果。方法选取我院进行准分子激光角膜屈光手术后丝状角膜炎患者44例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各22例,对照组使用贝复舒滴眼液进行治疗;实验组使用自体血清滴眼液进行治疗。结果实验组患者的治疗效果大于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论用自体血清滴眼液治疗准分子激光角膜屈光手术后丝状角膜炎疗效显著。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect on filamentary keratitis after excimer laser corneal refractive operation. Methods Selected 44 cases after excimer laser corneal refractive operation filamentary keratitis in our hospital as the research object, divided into control group and experimental group randomly, each group of 22 cases, the control group adopt bFGF eye drops for treatment; the experimental group adopt with autologous serum eye drops. Results The experimental group were higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The curative effect with filamentary keratitis corneal autologous serum eye drops in the treatment of excimer laser cornea after operation signiifcantly.
