奥扎格雷钠联合蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗脑血栓95例临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脑血栓患者采用奥扎格雷钠与蝮蛇抗栓酶联合治疗的效果。方法将95例脑血栓患者分为两组,对照组采用奥扎格雷钠治疗,治疗组采用奥扎格雷钠与蝮蛇抗栓酶联合治疗。结果治疗组血清血脂均低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论脑血栓患者采用奥扎格雷钠与蝮蛇抗栓酶联合治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the sodium ozagrel combine with ahylysantinfarctase to treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods Selected 95 cases with cerebral thrombosis were divided into two groups, the control group used sodium ozagrel treatment, th treatment group were treated with sodium ozagrel and ahylysantinfarctase combined treatment. Results In the treatment group serum lipids were lower than the control group, the total efifciency was higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The patients with cerebral thrombosis with sodium ozagrel and ahylysantinfarctase combine treatment effect is remarkable.
