摘  要:针对大亚湾中微子实验中,需要精确测量隧道内各地岩体温度的问题,研制了一款以STM32为控制核心,由电源电路、信号调理电路、ADC转换电路、DM9000A网络模块和Cu50传感器等组成的岩体温度测量系统。该系统将多个Cu50传感器埋入岩体内,可以同时测量多个位置的岩体温度,并将测量结果通过网络传输到数据服务器上,从而实现在线远程实时监测。系统采用了自校正技术来克服因温漂带来的测量误差问题,实现了高精度的测量。经过计量炉的校验,测量误差小于0.066℃,满足实际应用需求。In order to solve the problem of rock's temperature measure inside the tunnel,in the Dayabay nuclear re-actor neutrino experiment,a rock's temperature measurement system was developed. It using STM32 as a controlcore,was composed by power,signal conditioning circuit,ADC,DM9000A network module and CuS0 sensor. The sys-tem can not only measure multiple rock's temperature but also send the measuring result to server via network,soas to complete the online real-time remote monitoring. A self-correction technology was used to solve the problem ofmeasurement error caused by temperature drift to achieve a high-precision measurement. Correcting by metering fur-nace,the error was small than 0.066 ℃ and met the needs of practical application
