摘　　要：目的 :开发放疗科信息管理系统,优化治疗流程,实时采集治疗信息。方法 :针对放疗科网络现状,调研业务流程,梳理放疗信息采集及管理需求,以流程优化和信息化管理为目的,对原有流程进行改进优化。在此基础上研制信息化管理网络,并进行持续改进。结果:该系统优化了放疗流程,改变了科室多个放疗网络间缺乏联系纽带、信息散乱的现状,大大方便了技师、医生对患者治疗情况的及时掌握。结论:该系统实现了放射治疗业务流程的优化和关键信息的实时采集,提高了科室信息化管理水平,提高了患者满意度。Objective To develop a radiotherapy department information management system to optimize treatment flow and acquire real-time treatment information. Methods The existing radiotherapy department network, operation flow and requirements for information acquisition and management were explored, and informatized management network was established and further improved. Results The radiotherapy flow was optimized, and the problems due to miscommunication between multiple radiotherapy networks were solved, and the radiologist and doctor were facilitated to be aware of the condition of the patient. Conclusion The radiotherapy department informatization gains promoted by optimized radiotherapy flow and real-time treatment information acquisition, and patient satisfaction is enhanced greatly.
