摘　　要：介绍了Leica ST5020全自动染色机在石蜡切片苏木精-伊红(hematoxylin-eosin,HE)染色及细胞学涂片巴氏染色中的应用体会。根据Leica ST5020全自动染色机能够针对石蜡切片和细胞学涂片编写相应的程序并进行染色的原理以及全自动染色机智能化的设计,解决了以往传统手工染色繁琐、费时费力、质量不稳定等问题,提高了切片的染色质量,有助于病理医生做出准确、快速的诊断。The experience of applying leica ST020 staining machince to HE staining and Pap staining of cytologic smear was introduced. Leica ST5020 automatic staining machine can realize HE staining of paraffin section and Pap staining of cytologic smear, with corresponding procedures prepared for the staining of paraffin section and cytologic smear. The implementation of automatic and intelligent staining eliminates the defects due to manual operation, and thus contributes to the rapid and accurate diagnosis by the pathologist.
