摘　　要：教学团队在提升高等教育质量方面发挥重要作用,探索地方本科高校转型的新形势下教学团队建设具有重要意义.在分析地理应用技术系列课程教学团队建设必要性的基础上,总结教学团队特色、建设措施、取得的效果,并且提出转型发展中教学团队建设重点:多出教学科研成果、突出培养学生创新和应用实践能力、加大服务地方的技术支持、打造团队特色.Teaching team plays an important role in improving the quality of higher education. It has important significance to explore construction teaching team under the new situation of transformation in local universities.Based on the necessary construction of teaching team for geography applied technology courses,the characteristics,construction measures and the achieved effects has been analyzed. Some important construction contents for teaching team,such as the more achievements of teaching and scientific research,giving prominence to the training students＇ innovative ability and application practice,to strengthen technical servicing for local needs,to enhance team characteristics,were determined.
