摘　　要：《四库全书》是中华优秀传统文化的载体,但由于时代的局限性,具有浓厚的封建性。《四库全书目录新编》改经史子集四部为文化、思想、政法、科技四编;根据正史,充实收入各书作者的介绍;更正为避讳清朝皇帝而改的人名、书名;以公元纪年注解帝号纪年等,为开发利用《四库全书》提供方便。“Siku Quanshu” is the carrier of excellent traditional culture of China but due to the limitations of the times ,it contains strong feudal character . In New Catalogue Siku Quanshu original four sections：classics , histories , masters and collections are reedited into new four sections：culture ,ideology ,politics and law and science and technolo-gy .According to the official history ,the new catalogue is edited with supplement of authors’ introduction to each book , correction of names of people and books for avoiding Qing dynasty emperors’ names ,and annotation of common era in-stead of emperors’ titles and chronology ,which offers convenience for the development and application of Siku Quanshu .
