首都功能疏解背景下北京独立设置成人高校教育职能的调整定位

摘　　要：随着中央明确强化首都四个核心功能建设精神的出台,在需要向外疏解教育资源的背景下,北京独立设置成人高校如何借助这个历史机遇,实现教育转型和教育职能的新定位成为其生存发展的关键。通过对北京独立设置成人高校发展面临的问题和自身基础优势分析,探讨了对其转型发展规划和职能调整的基本设计,提出了保障教育职能新定位的措施建议。With the decision of the Central Government to transfer the non - capital functions out of Beijing, it is very important for the independent adult universities to possess this key and valu- able chance to adjust their educational function and development strategy for their future survival. In order to carry out this mission, the universities have to understand the predicaments that they are facing at present, make a basic plan and use certain methods with their own advantages.
