智能化技术在厨房家电产品设计中的应用探研——以伊莱克斯概念设计为例

摘　　要：数字化时代的当下,随着产品实体的弱化和非物质化进程,智能化、信息化将成为未来家电发展不可缺乏的属性。现如今各种家用电器已变得比以前更加智能化,厨房作为家庭中的一个多功能区域,人们可以在其中煮饭、聊天,分享烹调经验等,它成为家庭生活方式和文化形态的一种缩影。这促成厨房作为未来家电革新最快速和重要的区域。本文通过阐述智能化技术概念、厨房家电产品智能化的发展特性、详细论述智能化技术应用于厨房家电产品的设计原则,以及对于智能化技术在未来厨房家电产品设计中的建议,以此论述智能化技术在厨房家电设计中的应用探研。With the weakening and the materialization process of product entity under the digital age, intelligence and informatization will become the indispensible property in the future electrical appliances development. Now all kinds of household electrical appliances have become more intelligent than before. The kitchen, as a multifunctional area in the family in which people can cook, chat and share cooking experience, has become a microcosm of family life style and cultural forms. This makes the kitchen be the rapidest and the most important innovation area for electrical appliances. This paper describes intelligent technology concept and the kitchen appliances intelligent characteristics, and details the design principle of kitchen home appliance products applied to the development of intelligent technology as well as design proposal of intelligent technology on kitchen home appliance products, so as to discuss the intelligent technologies application in the design of kitchen home appliance description.
