摘 要:中国蜂蜜产量增速大大高于世界平均水平,但是,同期中国蜂蜜出口量和出口额的增速却远低于世界平均水平,导致中国蜂蜜出口市场份额不断下降。本文在分析中国蜂蜜出口贸易特征的基础上,运用已修正的CMS模型对1992~2013年中国蜂蜜出口量进行实证分析。研究表明蜂蜜出口市场分布过于集中、出口竞争力下降和国内消费市场的快速发展是导致中国蜂蜜出口市场份额下降的主要原因。为此,应通过拓展和分散出口市场,创建品牌提升质量,发挥行业组织作用等措施来促进我国蜂蜜生产和出口。Although the incremental speed of honey production in China was greater than the world average, the honey exportation amount and the incremental speed were far less than the world average. The proportion of honey exportation in China to the world honey trade gradually went down. The honey exportation amount from 1992 to 2013 was analyzing by using modified CMS model, the results showed that three main reasons caused the decrease of exportation proportion, which were fewer honey exporting destination markets, competitive ability decrease, and rapid development of the domestic market. Therefore, expending and developing the exportation markets, enhancing brand value and trades organization influence may improve the exportation and production of honey in China.
