摘　　要：在研究生培养中引入转化医学理念,根据临床诊治的问题制定感染免疫研究生的培养计划。构建转化型指导教师队伍,调整感染免疫研究生的培养模式,采取有利于医学科研和临床高素质创新型复合型人才培养的措施。基于转化医学理念的研究生培育模式也是基础与临床医学研究生教育培养改革中的重大转折。Institute of infectious diseases integrates the concept of translational medicine into graduate education and makes training plans for postgraduate students of infection immunity combined with problems encountered in the clinical diagnosis and therapy. The team of teachers who are familiar with translational medicine and adjusting the cultivation mode of the graduates were builded, will be in favor of cultivating the high-quality compound talents with innovative consciousness and good clinical practical ability. And it will also be a major turning point of postgraduate education reform in basic and clinical medicine.
