摘　　要：目的探讨游离角膜缘组织延伸重建治疗原发性胬肉的效果。方法将原发性翼状胬肉患者100例随机分为两组,对照组行单纯胬肉切除术,观察组行游离角膜缘组织延伸重建治疗。结果两组总有效率、复发率、恢复情况差异显著。结论游离角膜缘组织延伸重建治疗原发性胬肉效果显著。Objective To investigate the extension of free corneal limbal tissue reconstruction in the treatment of primary pterygium effect. Methods Primary pterygium of 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group underwent pterygium excision, the observation group were free of limbal tissue reconstruction in the treatment of extension. Results The total efficiency of two groups, recurrence rate, recovery was significantly different. Conclusion Free corneal limbal tissue reconstruction in the treatment of primary pterygium extending effect.
