成人胆总管囊肿20例患者诊断与治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究成人胆总管囊肿诊断方法与治疗效果。方法选自我院近期收治的成人胆总管囊肿患者共20例,对其临床资料作回顾性分析。结果所有患者经影像学检查诊断为成人胆总管囊肿,其中有11例为I型,8例为IVa型,1例为IVb型。其中有2例患者采取胰十二指肠切除手术治疗,2例患者采取肝左叶切除手术治疗,其余的16例患者均进行胆(肝)总管切除术联合胆管空肠Roux-en-Y手术进行治疗,治疗后均痊愈出院,无1例出现手术死亡情况。结论对于成人胆总管囊肿患者要及早诊断并给予相应的治疗方法,可以提高患者的临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the adult common bile duct cyst diagnosis methods and therapeutic effect. Methods 20 cases adult patients with common bile duct cyst were admitted recently, and its clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were diagnosed by imaging examination of common bile duct cyst in adults, including 11 cases of type 1, 8 cases of IVa type, 1 case for IVb. Including 2 cases of patients with pancreatic duodenal radical surgical treatment, 2 patients to take the left hepatic lobe resection surgery, the rest of the 16 patients were common bile duct resection combined bile duct jejunum Roux-en-Y surgery treatment, no 1 case appeared after the operation conditions. Conclusion Adult patients with common bile duct cyst to early diagnosis and give the corresponding treatment methods.
