摘　　要：文章通过对耶鲁大学护理博士研究生考核培养模式的现状和特点进行分析研究,包括其护理博士学位的特点、招生要求、培养方式和考核方式。并在此基础上提出了对我国的启示,以此形成适合我国国情的护理博士培养模式。The article introduced the current status and characteristics of examination and training model of Doctor of Nursing in Yale university,including the characteristics of doctor degree of nursing, enrollment requirement, teaching and examination mode. On the basis, enlightenment on training model of Doctor of Nursing in China was put forward.
