摘　　要：目的了解临床护士护理科研成果应用障碍情况并探讨其影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查表及护理人员科研成果应用障碍量表对西安市3所三级综合医院740名临床护士进行调查。结果临床护士科研成果应用障碍得分为(84.54±21.74)分;各维度得分由高到低依次为研究维度、组织维度、护士维度、呈现维度。临床护士科研成果应用障碍的主要影响因素为职称和科研意愿(P<0.05)。结论 3所三级综合医院护士科研成果应用障碍总体处于中等水平,建议管理者制订切实可行的教育计划以提高护士参与护理科研及应用科研成果的兴趣,并借助中高年资护理人员的科研优势,积极应用护理科研成果。Objective To investigate the barriers to research utilization and its influencing factors among clinical nurses. Methods Totally,740 clinical nurses were recruited from 3 - level hospitals in Xi＇an and investigated with questionnaires of demographic information and barriers to research utilization. Results The score of barriers to research utilization among clinical nurses was （ 84.54 ± 21.74）. The scores of each dimensions from high to low were research dimension ,organization dimension ,nurse dimension and appearance dimension. Clinical nurses＇intention and professional titles were main influencing factors of barriers to research utilization （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The status of barriers to research utilization among nurses in 3 - level hospitals is at the medium level. The managers should take practical measures to amuse nurses＂ interest in participating and applying nursing research, and take use of high qualifi cation nurses＂ advantages on scientific research to improve positive research utilization.
