摘　　要：在文献研究的基础上,结合专家意见构建出无边界职业生涯视域下大学生就业能力的结构,经过往届生均分测试的验证,初步编制了无边界职业生涯视域下大学生就业能力的问卷;通过对580个有效样本采用spss19.0进行项目分析、探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,检验了问卷的信度效度,最终确定正式问卷,得到无边界职业生涯视域下大学生就业能力结构。This study is based on the research of literatures and combined the expert opinion, has built the struc- ture of undergraduate employability from the perspective of boundaryless career. Through the average test of the previous graduates,a questionnaire of the college students employability from perspective of boundaryless career was compiled preliminarily; Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the project on the 580 valid samples by spssl9.0, the study tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, and ultimately determines the formal questionnaire and obtains the structure of college student employability from the perspective of boundaryless career structure.
