HOST 2和HE 4在上皮性卵巢癌早期诊断中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨HOST 2、HE 4检测对上皮性卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法选取上皮性卵巢癌21例、上皮性交界性卵巢瘤23例和正常卵巢21例,使用PCR方法检测组织中HOST 2 lnc RNA和HE 4 m RNA的表达量和阳性率。结果Ⅲ-Ⅳ期上皮性卵巢癌患者HE 4表达率高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期上皮性卵巢癌患者HE 4的表达率,且均显著高于卵巢正常组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;Ⅲ-Ⅳ期上皮性卵巢癌患者HOST 2表达率与Ⅰ-Ⅱ期上皮性卵巢癌患者HOST 2的表达率比较,差异无统计学意义;但均显著高于卵巢正常组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。上皮性卵巢癌组的HOST 2和HE 4联合检测卵巢癌和上皮性交界性卵巢肿瘤的阳性率均显著高于HOST 2或HE 4检测阳性率,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 HE 4和HOST 2均在上皮性卵巢癌和上皮性交界性卵巢瘤组织中表达升高,可成为提高上皮性卵巢癌早期诊断率的分子肿瘤标志物。HE 4和HOST 2联合检测可提高上皮性卵巢癌早期诊断率。Objective To evaluate the value of HOST 2, HE 4 detection in the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods 21 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer,20 cases of benign ovarian tumors. The expression uses the PCR method to detection of HOST 2 lncRNA and HE 4 mRNA and the positive rate.Results III-IV epithelial ovarian cancer patients the expression rate of HE 4 is higher than that of I-II expression in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were significantly higher than the rate of HE 4, ovarian benign tumor group （P〈0.05）, Ill and IV HOST 2 epithelial ovarian carcinoma expression rate and expression of I - 17 in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer the rate of HOST 2 had no significant difference, but significantly higher than that of benign ovarian tumor group （P〈0.05）. The positive rate of epithelial ovarian cancer group HOST 2 and HE 4 combined detection of ovarian and epithelial borderline ovarian tumors were significantly higher than the positive rate of HOST 2 or HE 4 detection （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The high expression of HE 4 and HOST 2 are at the junction of epithelial ovarian carcinoma and epithelial ovarian tumor tissue, can to improve the epithelial ovarian cancer early molecular diagnosis of tumor markers. The combined detection of HE 4 and HOST 2 can improve the early diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
