半整数生成函数法测定炔丙基半胱氨酸的有关常数

摘　　要：炔丙基半胱氨酸是一种新型药物成分,具有显著的心血管药理活性和潜在的药用价值。本文以NaOH(或HCl)溶液作滴定剂,氢离子选择性电极作指示电极,以半整数生成函数法作为数据处理方法,测定了炔丙基半胱氨酸的离解常数、等电点及其与Cu2+和Zn2+形成的配合物的稳定常数。SPRC（S-propargyl-cysteine）,as a new kind of pharmaceutical ingredient,has significant cardiovascular pharmacological activity and potential medicinal value.In this paper,dissociation constants,isoelectric point of SPRC and the stability constants of copper or zinc SPRC complex were determined,via sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid as the titrant,hydrogen ion selective electrode as the indicating electrode and Bjerrum＇s half-integer formation function method as the data processing method.
