摘 要:针对数控发动机故障模式多、试飞工程师培训方法欠缺的现状,在真实试验数据基础上开发发动机试验故障模拟监控训练系统,成功的应用于某型发动机飞行试验项目中。实践应用表明:新系统可以有效地培训发动机试飞工程师,提高其处置飞行试验中突发故障的能力,降低试飞风险;能快速处理试验数据,提高数据分析的效率;同时,新系统验证了实时地计算机辅助判断故障告警自动提供处置策略方案的可行性和实用价值,推荐在飞行试验地面遥测监控系统、发动机地面试车台及高空台模拟试验中使用。Aiming at the status of existing vast failure modes in digital-controlled aero-engines and deficiency in methods of training flight test engineers, the aero engine fault simulating and monitor training system had been developed on the basis of real test data and has been successfully applied to some aero engine flight test. The practice had proved at least three conclusions. Firstly, the new system can effectively help to train the engineer and then better the ability of dealing with the unexpected fault in flight test and decrease the risk of flight test. Secondly, the new system also can help in processing the test data quickly and improves the efficiency of data analysis. Finally, the new system verified the feasibility and applied value of project that assisted engineers in real-time judging the fault, warning and supplying the computer-aided management isolation strategies, and that was recommend to apply in the ground telemeter monitor system for flight test, including aero-engine ground test and altitude test.
