摘　　要：目的:探讨固定修复术对折裂牙牙髓健康的影响。方法:98颗需固定修复的患牙以年龄、性别、牙位配对分成折裂组(49颗)与对照组(49颗),记录两组在两年中的牙髓状况。结果:折裂组在两年观察中6例发生牙髓炎,发生率12.24%;对照组1例牙髓炎,发生率1.6%;经卡方检验差异有统计学意义。结论:折裂牙采用固定修复应慎重。Objective： To evaluate the effect of fixed dental prosthesis on pulp tissue of odontoclasis. Methods： 98 teeth were allocated to odontoclasis and control group （49 per group） according to age, sex and tooth position. The pulp tissue conditions were recorded every month in 2 years. Results： 6 pulpitis were founded in odontoclasis group, and the incidence rate was 12.5%. Only 1 pulpitis was detected in the control group, and the incidence rate was 2.1%. Conclusion： application of fixed dental prosthesis on odontoclasis should be cautious due to concerns of effects on tooth pulp.
