高职复合式人才培养改革的必要性与实施路径——以深圳职业技术学院印刷包装类专业为例

摘　　要：适应社会需要是衡量教育质量的根本标准。对深圳职业技术学院印刷包装类高职毕业生就业状况四年的调查数据分析表明,此类高职毕业生还无法全面适应岗位需求,其中重要的启示是复合式人才的缺失。在高职院校推行复合式人才培养改革势在必行,实施"主干+拓展"模式是实现复合式人才培养的路径之一。The adaptation to the social needs is an essential standard of measuring education quality. The four-year investigation da？ta to the employment status of graduates of printing and packaging specialty in a higher vocational college reflects the situation that this kind of graduates cannot fully adapt to the position demands. The important enlightenment is the absence of compound talents. It is imperative to carry out compound-talents training reforms in higher vocational colleges.“Trunk＋Expansion”mode is one of the paths to realize compound-talents training.
