河南黄河滩区经济生态协调发展模式研究

摘　　要：河南黄河滩区的经济社会发展，关乎着河南省实现全面建成小康社会目标的进程。因此，本研究是在充分考虑确保黄河行洪安全的前提下，根据河南黄河滩区的自然禀赋、土地资源、社会经济、生态环境和文化遗迹等条件，采用科学抽象法、系统研究法和对比分析法等相关科学研究方法，从发挥滩区整体综合效益出发，因地制宜，统筹安排，调整产业结构，深挖产业链条，构建多种河南黄河滩区经济生态协调发展模式，把黄河滩区打造成河南省的生态廊道、经济廊道、旅游廊道和文化廊道，为全面提高河南黄河滩区的经济社会生态文化效益提供借鉴。The economic and social development in Yellow River floodplain of Henan Province closely relates to the process to build a well-off society comprehensively. Therefore, based on full consideration of the Yellow River flood control, this study adopts scientific abstract method, systems research and comparative analysis method etc. according to Yellow River floodplain＇ s natural conditions, land resources, social economy, ecological environment, cultural relics, etc. In order to make Yellow River floodplain become the ecology, economy, tourism and culture corridor of Henan Province, this study adjusts measures to local conditions, makes a comprehensive arrangement, readjust sindustrial structures, extendsindustrial chain and establishs multiple models on economic and ecological coordinated development in Yellow River floodplain of Henan Province. In a word, the research offers a good reference for improving ecological and cultural benefits as well as economic and social benefits fully in Yellow River floodplain of Henan Province.
