摘 要:目的比较不同行为管理方法在低龄儿童口腔诊疗中的作用。方法将3~5岁的儿童240例随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组儿童在常规行为管理的基础上,采用二次就诊口腔治疗,对照组儿童常规行为管理首次就诊口腔治疗,比较两组儿童有效配合治疗的差异。结果 3岁组儿童实验组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),4岁组及5岁组儿童实验组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),3~5岁儿童总体实验组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用二次就诊结合常规行为管理的方法能在低龄儿童口腔治疗中实施有效的行为管理。Objective To compare the effectivity of different behavior management in young children during dental treatment. Methods 240 children aged 3 to 5 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group children using conventional behavior management, taking oral therapy treatment in the secondary visit to dental clinic. Control group children taking oral therapy treatment in the first visit, using the same behavior management as experimental group. Comparing the difference between the two groups of children with effective treatment. Results There was no significant difference with 3 year group, 4 and 5 year groups have significant difference between experiment and control group, 3 to 5 years old children's overall experimental group and control group with significant difference. Conclusion Taking oral therapy treatment in the secondary visit combination with conventional behavior management can implement effective behavior management in young children dental treatment.
