摘　　要：本文分析了生产单位、高等学校及科研机构在培养专业学位研究生方面相互结合、协调发展的关系,并以烟台大学材料学专业学位研究生培养为例,探索了该类研究生培养模式的内容、存在的问题和解决的办法等,提出了在该模式下培养的研究生是产学研合作的纽带以及参与的主力,这种模式对建设创新型国家所做的贡献越来越受到社会的广泛关注。This paper analyzes the cooperation and relationship among the industry, university, and scientific research institution on the professional degree master. The contents of postgraduate training mode, the existing problems and the solutions are dis- cussed with professional degree master majoring in material sci- ence of Yantai University as an example. The graduate students are the main participants linking the industry, university and in- stitute,and this training mode for constructing a creative country is paid attention to by the world.
