摘　　要：在当前网络时代大背景下,结合当前高校党建工作的实际需要,探索以网络平台为载体,拓展网络党建的教育平台、理论阵地、工作方法;利用宿舍网络党建阵地;发挥手机网络载体对党建的促进作用,进而增强高校党组织对青年学生的思想引领,提升高校党建在广大青年学生中的凝聚力、向心力和影响力,力求开创高校网络党建的新局面。In the background of the network era, combined with the actual requirement of the current university Party construc- tion, this paper explores network-based ways to enhance the ide- ological guidance of university Party organizations for young uni- versity students, and improve the influence of university Party construction on young university students, striving to open a new situation for network Party construction in colleges and universi- ties. The ways are mainly as follows： expanding the education platform, theoretical position and working method of network Party construction, using dormitory network Party construction as the position, and giving play to the role of cellphones as a network carrier in promoting Party construction.
