摘　　要：本文将探索大学英语演讲课程教学的新模式,即以主题为中心,听读输入促成写说输出。该教学模式的特点是学习高效、容易操作、调动学生的学习积极性、让不同程度的学生学有所获。This paper will discuss the new teaching model of col- lege English public speaking course, which is theme-based, and in which input of listening and reading promotes the output of writing and speaking. This model is high-efficient, user-friendly, student-motivated, and provides achievements to students of dif- ferent levels.
