摘　　要：顶岗实习能够使高校大学生的职业技能得到强化,帮助学生顺利地转变为职业者的角色。而在顶岗实习中,高校教育者需要迫切解决的问题就是指导学生快速地适应职业,实现自身的可持续发展。本文首先对影响高校顶岗实习学生职业适应与发展的因素进行了简要分析,并在此基础上详细探讨了高校应该采取何种措施来对顶岗实习学生的职业适应与发展进行指导。On-post practice can strengthen college students＇ vo-cational skills and help them successfully transform to career people. In on-post practice, an urgent problem for college educa-tors to solve is to guide students to quickly adapt to their jobs and realize their sustainable development. This paper first briefly an-alyzes the factors affecting the occupational adjustment and de-velopment of college students in their on-post practice, and on this basis, specifies what measures colleges should adopt to guide the occupational adjustment and development of students in their on-post practice.
