摘　　要：教育产业不同于教育职业,也不同于教育事业,更不同于其他产业,有其自身的规律和特点。底蕴深厚的教育塑造城市人文精神,特色鲜明的教育引领城市经济发展,品牌丰富的教育彰显城市独特魅力。加强地方教育产业发展,对于扬州加快世界名城建设,具有重大而深远的积极意义。The education industry differs from education as an occupation or a career, let alone other industries, it possesses its own rules and characteristics. Profound education shapes the hu-manistic spirit of a city;distinctive education guides the economic development of a city;colorful education brands highlight the u-nique charm of a city. To enhance the development of local edu-cation industry is of great, profound and positive significance for accelerating the construction of Yangzhou as a world famous city.
