摘　　要：大学生党员的发展工作是高校党建工作的重要内容,党员质量的高低直接影响着高校的党建工作,对于高校的发展起着重要的作用。目前,大学生党员在发展中存在一些问题,这些都严重地影响了大学生党员质量的提高。因此,本文通过问卷调查的形式对这些影响因素进行深入思考和分析,为大学生党员发展工作提供有效途径。Development of college student Party members is an important content of the Party building work in colleges, which directly affects the work of Party building in colleges and univer-sities, and plays an important role for the development of colleges and universities. At present, some problems exist in the develop-ment of Party members of college students, which has seriously affected the improvement of the quality of college student Party members. Therefore, this paper carries on a thorough ponder and analysis on these factors through the questionnaire survey, and provides an effective way for the development of college student Party members.
