摘　　要：本文基于新建地方本科院校的办学宗旨与人才培养目标,对新建地方本科院校大学生创造力培养的特点进行了分析,提出了有利于新建地方本科院校大学生创造力培养的有效方案与方针。该方案的提出基于学校管理者与教师的双重角度,为新时代背景下新建地方高校学生创造力的培养提供了较好的建议。Based on the school-running aims and talent cultivation objectives of newly-established local undergraduate universities, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the cultivation of students＇ creativity in newly-established local undergraduate u-niversities, and proposes an effective scheme and proposal that is conducive to the cultivation of students＇ creativity in newly-established undergraduate universities. The scheme, based on the dual-angle of university administrators and teachers, can serve as a good suggestion for the cultivation of students＇ creativity in newly-established undergraduate universities in the new period.
