关于高校开设休闲教育类通识课程的思考

摘  要:为帮助大学生掌握正确的休闲理念和休闲知识,使之学会打理在当下已然拥有以及在将来也必然拥有的闲暇时间,在高校开设休闲教育类通识课程很有必要。由于休闲以审美为本质,休闲教育的最终目的当是休闲人格美的养成,因此尤其应开设休闲美学等"中观"层次的休闲教育类课程。在教学内容的设置上,应纳入中国传统休闲文化中的相应内容并给予重点介绍;在教学方法和考核方式上,可以不拘一格,灵活多样。In order to help students master correct concepts and knowledge of leisure and to enable them to learn how to appropriately use leisure time which they have already owned and will certainly own in the future, it is necessary to offer general knowledge courses of leisure education in colleges and universities. Since aesthetic appreciation is the essence of leisure and the ultimate aim of leisure education is to cultivate beauty of personality in leisure, it is especially necessary to offer courses of leisure education which are on the"meso"level such as leisure aesthetics,etc. As to the setting on teaching content of such courses, the corresponding content in traditional Chinese leisure culture should be included and emphasized. And as to the teaching and evaluation methods, teachers should be flexible and diverse instead of sticking to one pattern.
