摘　　要：新疆与中亚各国文化具有相近性,又有跨境民族的渊源,使得新疆中亚留学生在跨文化适应方面拥有自身的特点,具有一定的学术研究价值。本文对新疆四所高校的中亚留学生跨文化适应现状进行调查和访谈,结合中亚留学生的文化特征,从环境、语言、人际交往、学习、宗教信仰、学校管理等方面剖析存在的问题并提出相关对策。Due to cultural similarities and cross-border ethnic origins between Xinjiang and Central Asian countries, Central Asian students in Xinjiang have their own characteristics in cross cultural adaptation which are of academic values. Based on a survey of the students from four universities made through interviews, this paper analyzes the problems in their cultural adaptation in aspects of environment, language, interpersonal communication, learning, religion and school management and puts forward some countermeasures.
