摘　　要：目的：探讨心理危机干预对抑郁症患者自杀行为的影响。方法选取我院2009年3月～2013年2月收治136例抑郁症患者，随机两组：对照组和观察组，每组68例。两组患者均给予常规抗抑郁药物治疗，并给予常规护理措施。观察组在以上基础上给予心理危机干预，两组患者治疗周期约为8周，观察疗效。结果干预后，观察组的自杀意念强度和自杀危险性低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。而且，观察组干预后自杀强度和自杀危险性明显低于干预前，干预前后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理干预可影响抑郁症患者的自杀意念。Objective To investigate the psychological crisis intervention on suicidal behavior in patients with depression.MethodsOur hospital in March 2009~February 2013 were treated 136 cases of depression were randomized into two groups： the control group and the observation group, 68 cases in each group. Al patients were treated with conventional antidepressant medication, and given routine care measures. In the above observation group on the basis of psychological crisis intervention, treatment period of about eight weeks, were observed.ResultsAfter the intervention, the intensity of suicidal ideation and suicide observation group than the control group risk, the difference was statisticaly significant （P〈 0.05）.Moreover,the intensity of the observation group after the intervention of suicide and suicide risk was significantly lower than before the intervention, before and after the intervention was statisticaly significant difference （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The psychological intervention can affect patients with depression suicidal ideation.
