探讨复方樟柳碱注射液治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨复方樟柳碱注射液治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床效果。方法选择我院的136例中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,根据随机分组的办法将其分成实验组和对照组,每组67例。实验组患者采取复方樟柳碱注射液进行治疗,对照组患者采取口服复方丹参片的治疗方式。结果实验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者,实验组患者的视力较治疗前有了明显的改善。(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论复方樟柳碱折射液治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变临床效果明显,可积极的借鉴与推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efect Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods136 cases of central serous chorioretinopathy patients in our hospital as the research object, according to the randomized approach wil be divided into the experimental group and control group, each group of 67 cases. The experimental group was treated with Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection treatment, patients in the control group treated by oral Compound Salvia Tablet.ResultsThe therapeutic efect of patients in the experimental group is beter than that of the patients in the control group, patients in the experimental group compared with before treatment, the visual acuity was improved obviously. （P〈 0.05） diference was statisticaly significant. Conclusion The clinical curative efect of compound anisodine refractive index liquid in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy lesions, can be used for reference and promotion of positive.
