奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林在脑梗塞治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林在脑梗塞治疗中的应用价值。方法将84例脑梗塞患者随机分为两组,对照组40例给予奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组44例在对照组基础上加用阿司匹林治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,治疗后神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分均显著优于对照组。结论奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林可促使脑梗塞患者神经功能缺损情况显著改善,疗效显著。Objective To analyze the application value of sodium ozagrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods84 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in control group treated with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of the observation group, 44 cases in the control group based on the use of aspirin treatment.ResultsThe total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, neurological deficit score, ADL score after treatment were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Sodium ozagrel combined with aspirin can promote the nerve function defect of infarction patients significantly improved, significant effect.
