非霍杰金淋巴瘤应用大剂量甲氨喋呤联合化疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析大剂量甲氨蝶呤联合化疗对非霍杰金淋巴瘤的治疗效果。方法将非霍杰金淋巴瘤患者48例随机分为两组,对照组22例给予常规化疗,观察组26例加用大剂量甲氨蝶呤。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组。结论大剂量甲氨蝶呤联合化疗对非霍杰金淋巴瘤有显著治疗效果。Objective To analyze the treatment effect of high dose methotrexate chemotherapy for non Hochkin＆#39;s lymphoma.Methods48 cases of patients with non Hochkin＆#39;s lymphoma were randomly divided into two groups, 22 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment, the observation group of 26 cases treated with high dose methotrexate.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion High dose methotrexate combined with chemotherapy has a significant effect in the treatment of non Hochkin＆#39;s lymphoma.
