外周血清中肿瘤标志物TPS、B7H4、CEA、OPN在结直肠癌中的检测及临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨外周血清中肿瘤标志物TPS、B7H4、CEA、OPN用于直肠癌诊断的效果。方法以60例直肠癌患者为研究组,60例正常体检者为健康组,分别对其血清中的TPS、B7H4、CEA、OPN水平进行检测。结果研究组TPS、B7H4、CEA、OPN水平均高于健康组;四项指标联合检测的效果优于单项指标检测效果。结论 TPS、B7H4、CEA、OPN可作为诊断结直肠癌的指标,四项指标联合检测可提高检出率,且敏感度较高。ObjectiveTo investigate the peripheral serum tumor marker TPS, B7H4, CEA, OPN effect for colorectal cancer diagnosis.Methods 60 cases of colorectal cancer patients for the study group, 60 normal healthy volunteers groups, their serum TPS, B7H4, CEA, OPN levels were detected.Results The study group TPS, B7H4, CEA, OPN levels were higher than the healthy group; four markers in the index is better than the individual detection results.ConclusionTPS, B7H4, CEA, OPN can be used as diagnostic indicators of colorectal cancer, four indicators combined detection can improve the detection rate, and high sensitivity.
