摘　　要：硬实力关乎学校能否办起来,软实力关乎学校能否办下去。在高等学校硬实力普遍大幅度提升的情况下,研究如何加强软实力建设,特别是微观、细节方面的研究显得益发重要。本文从分析教学质量与软实力的关系入手,指出影响教学质量的因素和提高教学质量的措施。While hard power is a prerequisite for the establishment of a college,soft power determines its sur-vival. With the great improvement made on the hard power of higher institutions,it’s becoming increasingly impor-tant to study the improvement of college’s soft power. By analyzing the relationship between educational quality and soft power construction,the paper intends to point out the impact of lacking soft power on educational quality and propose countermeasures to address it.
