传统产业集群和高新技术产业集群的创业制度环境比较

摘　　要：根据制度的三大基础要素,将创业制度环境分为创业规制环境、创业规范环境、创业认知环境三个维度。选择无锡市的电动车和物联网两个产业集群分别代表传统产业集群和高新技术产业集群,比较了二者创业制度环境的差异。独立样本T检验的结果显示,高新技术产业集群的创业制度环境整体上优于传统产业集群。分维度而言,高新技术产业集群内的创业规制环境和创业规范环境优于传统产业集群,而传统产业集群内的创业认知环境优于高新技术产业集群。According to the three basic elements of the institution, the entrepreneurial institutional environment is divided into three di- mensions： entrepreneurial regulative environment, entrepreneurial normative environment and entrepreneurial cognitive environ- ment. Taking electric vehicle and internet of things industry cluster in Wuxi as the representative of traditional and high-tech industry clusters, we compares the differences of entrepreneurial institutional environment between the two industry clusters. The result of inde- pendent sample T test shows, the whole entrepreneurial institutional environment of high-tech industry cluster is better than the tradi- tional industry cluster. To the different dimensions, the entrepreneurial regulative and normative environment in the high-tech industrial cluster are superior to that of the traditional industry cluster, but the entrepreneurial cognitive environment in the traditional industrial clusters is better than that of the high-tech industry cluster.
