摘  要:以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/辛醇/N,N二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为铸膜液体系,采用浊点滴定、黏度测定和凝胶动力学实验考察了辛醇对铸膜液体系热力学性质、铸膜液黏度和成膜过程凝胶动力学的影响;采用相转化法制备了PVDF平板膜,研究了辛醇对PVDF膜结构和结晶度的影响规律。结果表明:辛醇含量增加,制膜体系发生相分离所需的水量减少,铸膜液黏度增大,凝胶速率减慢;辛醇的加入使成膜过程中固-液分相在与液-液分相的竞争中占据优势,膜的结晶度增大,膜断面的指状孔减少,蜂窝状结构增加,辛醇含量增大,膜断面由蜂窝状结构向球晶堆积结构过渡。Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)is a commercially available fluoropolymer with low surface energy and good physical,chemical and mechanical properties.The effect of octanol on thermodynamic variation,casting solution viscosity and the rate of gelation were studied by the titration method,viscometer and gelation kinetics experiment.PVDF porous membranes were prepared by phase inversion method using N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)as solvent and octanol as non-solvent additive.Effect of octanol on the morphology and crystallinity of membrane was investigated.The results showed that the addition of octanol reduced the solvency of solvent for polymer.The increase of octanol led to the increase of casting solution viscosity,the gelation rate got slow down,which improved solid-liquid demixing and crystallinity.Adding octanol into the solvent made the finger-like pores of cross-section decreased and cellular structure increased,and the membrane morphology transited from cellular structure to nodule-like structure with increasing octanol content.
